What Does Appliance Installation Include?
Manny's licensed sub contractors are fully insured according to state regulations, do the following:
- Unpack and prepare appliance(s) for installation.
- Inspect appliance(s) for any existing damage, defects, and/or code violations.
- Inspection of facilities before starting.
- Temporarily disconnect water and or electrical service (when applicable).
- Install or connect any Manny's TV & Appliances installation kits and parts (when applicable).
- Connect new appliance(s) to existing electric and/or water service.
- Level and secure your appliance.
- Reconnect water and or electrical service and test for any leaks.
- Test your appliance to make sure it's performing properly.
- Workmanship guaranteed.
What else do I need?
- Some basic parts, such as plumbing fittings, sealants, and fasteners will be provided with the purchase of a professional installation. However, there are several parts you will need that are not supplied by the manufacturer.
- Existing power cords cannot be reused, but purchased under accessories
- Existing hoses cannot be reused, but supplied 4' by the factory
- Existing gas flex lines cannot be reused.
- If LP an orifice kit may be needed, some brands ship with.
Terms and Conditions:
- Installation is "direct replacement" only -- electric-to-electric, to proper existing fittings, valves, service lines, etc.
- Installation fees do not include permits or additional parts and/or labor beyond "standard installation."
Additional charges may apply. Examples of additional charges include:
- Installation of gas appliances typically requires professional installation.
- Dishwasher installation kits, flex lines, vent less exhaust kits, expansion and reduction adapters, shutoff valves, etc. (if required, but not previously purchased by customer).
- Additional labor charges will accrue for any non-standard installation.
Note: Gas appliance installation using an existing flex line is dangerous. Neither Manny's TV & Appliances delivery persons nor Manny's TV & Appliances installers will connect a gas appliance without a new flex line.
How Do I Purchase Manny's Professional Installation?
After Verifying Your E-Mail Order Confirmation:
- After selecting an install during check out and finalize purchase Manny's will call within 24 hours to set up the install.
- An Adult Must Be Present -- please schedule installation at a time when a person 18 years of age or older can be present.
- Verify Power Supply, Hookups, Cords and Venting -- Manny's TV & Appliances require new hoses, flex lines, cords and all require proper hookups and power supply for us to install them. Be sure to confirm that you have everything you need with your phone representative.
- Installation Kits -- be sure to inquire whether an installation kit or additional parts are required to install your particular appliance.
- Your Manny's TV & Appliances installer will contact you a day or two after sale to schedule a 4 hour time window to perform your installation.
- Additional charges may apply. Examples of additional charges are listed within the Terms and Conditions section above, and are payable to the installer at the time of installation.

Refrigerator Installation Includes:
- Installing a new water supply line (up to 20 ft.) from water source to refrigerator.
Refrigerators requiring new waterline hookups (those with ice makers, water dispensers and/or water filtration) typically require professional installation if no waterlines exist.
Range (Gas) Installation Includes:
Ranges (Gas)
- Gas line to existing range must be disconnected, with shutoff valve present and turned off prior to the delivery team's arrival.
- Connections will only be made to a new gas flex line (purchased separately).
- Includes recycling of old range.
- Liquid propane conversion available as an extra service. Service includes necessary parts.
Dishwasher Installation Includes:
- Disconnection and removal of your old dishwasher from existing utilities (electrical and plumbing).
- Removal may require additional charges when multi-layered flooring is present.
- A dishwasher hookup kit is suggested to ensure top performance. Reusing existing hoses could result in water damage to your home.
Dryer Installation Includes:
Dryers (Electric)
- Connect 3 or 4 prong power cord to dryer (sold separately)
- Includes recycling of old dryer.
- Connect dryer venting if it is new and metal.
- Side venting available as an extra service.
Dryers (Gas)
- Product placed where requested, if accessible.
- Gas line to existing range must be disconnected, with shutoff valve present and turned off prior to the delivery team's arrival.
- Connections will only be made to a new gas flex line (purchased separately).
- Connect dryer venting if it is new and metal.
- Includes recycling of old dryer.
- Connections will only be made to a new gas flex line (purchased separately).

TV Installation Includes:
- These must be quoted.

Microwave & Ventilation Installation Includes:
- Disconnection and removal of your old over-the-range microwave or range hood and install the new one. Must have an outlet to plug the microwave in, no longer hardwired.
Air Conditioner Installation Includes:
- Product placed where requested, if accessible.
- Unpack, position, and secure in window (if window unit).
- Connect air conditioner to an existing outlet in close proximity to the window.
- Maximum window height -- 3 stories.
