Manny's offers white glove delivery within Massachusetts, Connecticut and parts of New Hampshire & Vermont. UPS delivery is used for delivery out of this area if the item is under 150LB.

Want to Pick Up your item at a Manny's store?

  • Pick up your new appliance at any of Manny's TV & Appliance locations.
  • Drop off your old appliance (one for one) at any location and Manny will dispose of it in an environmentally safe manner.

What Does White Glove Appliance Delivery Include and How Do I Set It Up?

Manny's TV & Appliances delivery service professionals will:

  • Deliver, unpack and place your new appliance where requested, if accessible.
  • Connect basic appliances to electrical outlets.

Note: Manny's TV & Appliances delivery persons are not certified to install gas appliances or other appliances that typically require professional installation. Please see below for detailed information.

Appliance delivery is scheduled online upon placing your order. An email will be sent to you within 24 hours to assist you in scheduling.

How Do I Prepare for Appliance Delivery?

Upon Receiving Your Delivery Confirmation E-Mail:

  • Verify space for your new appliance: ____H x ____W x____D.
  • Verify desired fuel type -- gas/electric and if gas natural or LP.
  • Verify desired brand, model number, features and color.
  • Verify proper power supply, hookups and venting for your appliance.
  • Contact our Installation Department at sales@mannystv.com if you'd like to purchase a professional installation from Manny's TV & Appliances. See Installation information below for additional details.

One Day Prior to Delivery:

  • Manny's TV Delivery Department will call you anywhere from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to confirm your delivery and provide a delivery time window.
  • Manny's TV Delivery Department will call you anywhere from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to confirm your delivery and provide a delivery time window.
  • Ensure that an adult, 18 years of age or older, is present during delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The shipping charges stated on your online order are delivery fees.
  • Fees for any additional parts or services you purchase are payable to your installer at the time of installation.

Air Conditioner Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area under 150 lbs: UPS will drop off at location.
Delivery Service In Area: Place in room you requested and remove your old one.
White Glove Delivery Service In Area: Place in room you requested, install (no hard wiring or plumbing) and removal of your old appliance.

Freezer Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: Product up to 150 lbs dropped off by UPS.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • If an ice maker is purchased at the store, it will arrive installed in the freezer.
  • Door reversal included if requested at time of purchase.
  • In-line water filter installed if purchased at Manny's TV & Appliances.
  • Shutoff valve must be present if water line is involved.
  • Includes recycling of old freezer.
  • Freezers requiring new waterline hookups (those with ice makers, water dispensers and/or water filtration) typically require professional installation and can be selected at time of checkout on the web.

Refrigerator Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: Product up to 150 lbs dropped off by UPS.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • If an ice maker is purchased at the store, it will arrive installed in the refrigerator.
  • Door reversal included in requested at time of purchase.
  • In-line water filter installed if purchased at Manny's TV & Appliances.
  • Shutoff valve must be present if water line is involved.
  • Includes recycling of old refrigerator and freezer.
  • Refrigerators requiring new waterline hookups (those with ice makers, water dispensers and/or water filtration) typically require professional installation and can be selected at time of checkout on the web.

Range (Gas) Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: Product doesn't qualify for shipping.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • Gas line to existing range must be disconnected, with shutoff valve present and turned off prior to the delivery team's arrival.
  • Connections will only be made to a new gas flex line by a licensed plumber(Mannys does not do this, no exceptions and purchased separately).
  • Includes recycling of old range.

Dishwasher Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: UPS will drop off at location.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • Dishwasher must be disconnected with shutoff valve present and turned off prior to the delivery team's arrival for removal.

Washer Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: Product doesn't qualify for shipping.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • Product doesn't qualify for shipping.
  • Connect to existing hot and cold waterlines 3' and 4' drain, only if new hoses are used.
  • Includes recycling of old washer.

Dryer Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: Product doesn't qualify for shipping.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • Gas line to existing range must be disconnected, with shutoff valve present and turned off prior to the delivery team's arrival.
  • Connections will only be made to a new gas flex line by a licensed plumber(Mannys does not do this, no exceptions and purchased separately).
  • Connect dryer venting if it is new and metal.
  • Includes recycling of old dryer.
  • Gas dryers require professional installation. Conversion from natural gas to LP is also needed for an extra charge by a licensed plumber.

Microwave Delivery:

Delivery Service out of area: UPS will drop off at location.

Delivery Service In Area:

  • Place in room requested and remove old one if uninstalled.
