As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Manny's offers white glove delivery within Massachusetts, Connecticut and parts of New Hampshire & Vermont.

Customer Pickup

You may request to pickup your items at a store location. We can usually have them at one of our store locations within 2-4 business days, if it’s not already on site (Depending on stock). We will be happy to help you load items into the cargo area of your vehicle. Please have your vehicle clear of any items or debris before you arrive.

We cannot load over-sized items into the passenger compartment of your vehicle.

We will do what we can within reason. Please make sure you bring help if you can, and that the item(s) will fit into your vehicle. If they do not fit, we can deliver within 2-4 business days for an additonal fee (see your local store for details). There are certainly many benefits to having our professional delivery team complete your order.

If you pickup a new item at one of our store locations, you may bring us the old item at any time to dispose of it for FREE.

White Glove Delivery

Our team of delivery experts are ready, willing, and able to make the final step a whole lot easier. We do a lot more than the big box stores when it comes to delivering your new purchase.

When it comes to bringing you the best delivery service avalible, our team of experts will go above and beyond any of our competitors. We deliver Tuesday-Saturday to most towns in Western Massachusetts; with flexible scheduling for delivery in Central Mass, New Hampshire, Vermont, and now parts of Connecticut.

We DO NOT make appointments for specific time frames. We route the trucks in the most geographically efficient way, in order to maximize our delivery capabilities.


Please provide a valid cell phone number and email address at the time of sale for best tracking results regarding your delivery. We can text and email you with more accurate time frames & updates...

There are some things we will need your help with in order to best facilitate your delivery:

Please make sure your appliances or electronics will fit where you are putting them, as well as through all access points like doors, bulkheads, closets, hallways, etc…
We cannot do any carpentry, and will not alter your house in any way. If you have new flooring, please have some cardboard handy to cover the floor, and let your salesperson know ahead of time.


Make sure all paths (outside and inside) are clear for our team to get through. This includes snow. We will not shovel your driveway, sidewalk, or steps.

Make sure all pots, pans, dishes, magnets, food, clothing, the pictures your kids made in art class, etc. are removed from the old appliance BEFORE we get there. We know you have a busy schedule, but this will be beneficial to you.

Please make sure all connections, both plumbing and electrical, are properly working. This includes shutoffs for laundry items.


It is extremely important that someone over the age of 18 is present for the delivery. If this cannot be arranged, there must be a signed note with specific instructions, giving us permission to enter the home so that we can deliver your item(s). If these arrangements cannot be made, your delivery will need to be rescheduled.

Please make sure we have adequate means of contacting you on the day of the delivery. If you have cell phone/work phone/relatives or neighbors… anything that can help should we need to get in touch with you. Let your sales person know prior to the day of delivery.

If requested, we will call one hour ahead when possible. Some towns have spotty cell coverage, so we apologize in advance if we cannot make the call in those cases.

We will remove one appliance for each new appliance purchased.

We will move an old appliance to another part of the house for a fee, provided we can fit it where it needs to go. If we need to strip the appliance to get it into another room, we do not re-assemble it.

More Specifically...

Fridges & Freezers

We will unpack, level, and place your fridge where you want. We do not connect or disconnect water lines. Please make sure the existing line is disconnected and off if you have one. We will dispose of the old fridge.

For a fee, we can move the old fridge to another room, provided it fits without disassembly.


We will unpack if you wish, but cannot install or disconnect. We can refer you to some helpful installers if you need this service.

Electric Ranges

We will unpack, level, and plug in your new range. (Cord sold separately) We will dispose of the old range. We cannot connect an old cord.

Gas Ranges

We will unpack and place the range, but cannot connect the gas line. If you have Liquid Propane, please let our sales team know so we can make sure you have the LP conversion kit. We will remove an old one if disconnected.

Range Hoods & Over-the-range Microwaves:

We will unpack the unit if requested, but delivery does not install or disconnect. We can refer you to an excellent local installer.

Clothes Washers:

We will unpack, level, and connect your washer. Please make sure all plumbing and electrical is in good working order if possible. If your washer does not come with fill hoses, or needs an extended drain hose, we will attach them, These are sold separately. Ask a sales person for details.

Electric Dryers:

We will unpack, level, and plug in your dryer with the correct 220V power cord.(sold separately) We will attach metal venting if it’s in good working order (within reason) We do not cut holes in your house-it must be an existing vent. We cannot connect an old cord.

Gas Dryers:

We can unpack the dryer, but you must have a plumber or gas provider connect and disconnect gas lines and any LP conversions!

If the old unit is disconnected before we get there, we will dispose of it. If you have Liquid Propane, please let your salesperson know so we can provide you with the correct LP Kit.

Stacking Laundry/Pedestals:

We will make any connections that we can, within the scope of our policies and abilities (see previous washer & dryer descriptions). The same basic guidelines apply to stackable washers & dryers. A new stacking kit (purchased separately) will be necessary for installation. In the case of a gas dryer, we may not stack the unit since the plumber or gas provider will need access to the back of the unit. If you purchased pedestals, we will attach them to the matching units they were designed for.

Air Conditioners:

We will put it wherever you want, but we DO NOT INSTALL OR ASSEMBLE.

Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Built-in Microwaves:

We will unpack the unit if requested, but delivery does not install or disconnect. We can refer you to an excellent local installer.
