I recently tried to purchase 3 water filters using the mailed code. I only received 1 filter in the mail but my payment for 3 was accepted at your facility.When contacting customer service, I was not only kept on hold and had call dropped, I was also sent to more than 1 person and have still not received my 2 filters as i was told would be sent.I would like to have a refund for the filters I cannot get from your service department.thank you

Several months ago, I received a damaged refrigerator replacement filter. I reached out by phone and received a reference number but never received a response. I then reached out again by phone twice and attempted on- line chat trying to get an answer and the item replaced. The last time I spoke with an agent, I was promised a new filter in the upcoming seven 7 business days. That was several weeks ago. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of service that I have received from Frigidaire.

The filter was dirty!!!!! Like visibly had smear of black stuff on it like someone touched it with dirty hands right near the two nozzles that go in. I washed it and used it regardless, but I am highly disappointed and upset. I have a subscription because I need the filter every 6 months, but if y™™all are going to be sending dirty filters I will have to find a generic brand that works.

Well six weeks after contacting Frigidaire I ended up getting a filter from Lowe's. I had to take the old one out and take it to the store where employees were much more helpful and less annoying than Frgidaire Customer Service.But the filter, a Frigidaire brand, onlu had incomplete instructions on the package, no mention of removing the plastic covers over the water entry points. Not even a youtube video mentions that.

I receive an email that says it™™s time to replace my filter. It has a coupon ™PURE25™ to save 25% on your order. I click on the link, in the email, and it takes me to the order page with filter already selected. I go to checkout and when I put in the coupon code in and hit apply it™™s says I can™™t use the coupon code for this item™¦what??? Looking elsewhere for my filter.

Two people in home, I would estimate half the life Frigidaire claims for gallons/months per filter before water flow volume slows to a point where the filter must be replaced.

Terrible. Looked like the water filter was fine. Tried to install it after removing my old one. It wouldn™™t click into place no matter what I tried. Called the appliance repair guy. He came out & ordered a new water filter holder inside my refrigerator. Still wouldn™™t work. Come to find out it™™s the actual ™brand new™™ water filter I bought from Frigidaire. The plastic clip on the top was defective. Called them & weeks later still haven™™t received a replacement. It has cost me $40 for the filter & 2 trips out from the appliance repair company. Stand by your products Frigidaire. Their customer service stinks along with their product.

I purchased this November 20th. It™™s December 21st. I called customer service to be told to call a different number. Another annoying robot and long wait time later, I™™m told my tracking UPS number. I look on UPS, and it says no information available. I™™m frustrated and out $51 and still have to buy bottled water as I can™™t afford to replace my lead waterline pipe. Will not be buying from the website again any time soon

I have never had a problem with these filters. They have often lasted well over a year for us. Sadly this is no longer the case. The last filter I purchased only lasted 10 weeks. I will be going somewhere else.

I've been using these filters for over 10 years and I've never had any problems with cracking, leaking or anything else. The water tastes clear, clean and delicious right up to changing time. They seem a bit pricey until you calculate the price of 6 months worth of bottled water, and bottled water can be very inconsistent in quality.

I've now gone through 2 or 3 filters, no issues. Good water, keeps flowing past due date, easy to install. I see reviews of splitting/cracking, water flow stopping, etc, but no issues with any of mine, so far. I wish they weren't so expensive, but otherwise a good filter.

Filter doesn't fit my fridge, even though the website said it was the correct item for my model number. The filters have a side tab on them that the ULTRAWF doesn't, so it won't slide into the unit. Also, one of the side tabs was cracked on the end. I will be returning it.

As many users have stated, this filter does not last 6 months. We have purchased six filters in less than a year due to water flow reducing to an extremely low, unusable flow. I would not recommend this product to anyone as it is not cost effective.

I recently got a Frigidaire fridge and needed to replace the water filter. I checked the fridge's model number, looked up the corresponding manual, and identified the water filter parts number according to the manual. This piece is what I ordered as it is listed as an option in the manual. The piece arrives and there is a sticker claiming it doesn't filter water. I assume that's a misprint because I went through all official avenues to buy the right part. come to find out it doesn't filter water and customer service wouldn't refund it because I had already installed it. Attached are three instances where the manual refers to it as a water filter. Do not buy this product if you need a water filter, despite what it says, it's not.Granted, if you click on the product page and read the final line in the description, it says it is not a filter. But I didn't feel I needed to confirm the description when I was searching by parts number per the manual's instructions. Very misleading.

I had a Frigidaire fridge before and never had any trouble with the filter. If I wanted to let the filter go longer than 6 months, I could. For some reason, with the PureSource 3 that I have to use with my new Frigidaire fridge, you cannot do this. The water starts to decrease in flow until it will barely come out. You HAVE to change it. Then after you put a new filter in, everything is fine again until it's ready to be changed again. Often sooner than 6 months. I will not be buying a Frigidaire fridge again in the future for this reason.

Hi,I recently had some issues with my water filter (Pure Source3). It was very frustrating, and spent time trying to figure out the problem. I even had someone come out to check my line. It then mysteriously started working for a couple of weeks (even though not great). That was this April. I ended up using a filtered water pitcher since I had no other choice. I put in another Pure Source 3 (May) and both the ice and water are now working great. These filters are not cheap (even if you buy them from Amazon.For those of you that might be having issues, it could be a defective water filter (at least that is what I am calling it). I am just happy it is now working.

This water filter is supposed to last 6 months. Per our typical usage, these filters have always lasted 12+ months. This time this filter didn't even last 4 months and no one at Frigidaire seems to want to stand behind their product.

This filter is a terrible product. Like many other reviewers have said here, after a few weeks or maybe a month or two, the water stream turns into an unusable dribble. I've bought several over the last few years, and they're all the same. And it's not my mains water pressure or anything else that is the cause of the dribble, other that this product itself - it's a dud. And at $40 a piece, you do the math - say $150-200 a year over 5 years - $750-1000, 10 years $2000! I don't think so.So like many other negative reviews posted here, the response from Frigidaire is - oh just 'call our 1-800 number and we'll be happy to help you with that'. So I did actually spend the time to call - I got connected to an agent in some foreign country that told me - unless I bought it from them (I bought them from Amazon), there's nothing they can do. (so don't waste your time calling customer service; I did it for you). So basically they don't care that their product doesn't work as advertised; they're happy to charge you as much as we're dumb enough to pay. They should send refunds - It's a racket.

I have been buying the PureSource3 through Amazon's authorized Frigidaire vendor website for years, but the most recent one I purchased does not click into place in my Frigidaire. It is not an issue with my fridge, because I'm able to remove and insert the old filter just fine, and have never had a problem before. When i contacted Frigidaire using the phone number on the packaging, I was told 'we can't help you, we're just a parts vendor.' The part is likely defective or something is changed--I need a replacement.

Bought this PureSource filter because it was a factory original. Turns out, I may have been better off buying a cheaper off brand product. In June I bought a filter and after installing it, I suffered from low water pressure and my ice maker began taking a long time to produce ice. Last week (Sept, 3 months later), I purchased another filter and now I have nothing. No ice, no water!! I called Frigidaire at the phone number listed in other reviews and could not get any help. Guess I'm just going to return this filter to Lowes for a new one and keep doing it until one works.

I have had my fridge not even a year and I have to change this filter every 2-4 weeks since purchase. It™™s costing me so much money. I have never had this issue with previous brand fridge and filters. At this point I could buy a more expensive fridge in the amount of money I have spend in water filters or even a bottle service. Like others have said, after a few weeks of use the flow coming out of these filters drops considerably. It seems to be filtering just fine but it takes about 1min 14s to fill a 32oz glass.Our water pressure here is good. I'd say above average. I am able to fill a gallon out of the faucet in under 40s.So I can almost get TWO gallons from the faucet in the time it takes this filter to output 2 pints. It's very frustrating.

I've gone through 3 filters already since Dec (Total coverage of only 6 months!). So you'll be lucky to get 2 months out of them before water flows out slow. This is coming from a 2 person household, so I would imagine worst if there's more people. Current one is so slow now, that the ice maker is making miniature ice cubes. Probably better of getting the bypass and installing a filter outside of the refrigerator or find 3rd party compatible filter.
