We like the freezer itself, it's obviously large, easy to find things, and the hanging baskets and small shelf also help. Unfortunately, there has been a build-up of frost on the inside since it was dropped off. We called customer service and were told this was "normal."

The freezer has great space and even lighting when you open it. On the outside you know it's working properly because there's lighting outside of it too. I love the two large boxes on the inside as well.

We have not had it for a full week yet. So I dont know how good the product will perform. Hopefully it will perform good. I had a big one bought it 44 years ago used and still running but was getting a little uncomfortable with its age considering how expensive food is now.

Great product, gets cold fast. Love that it has a unique lock on it because I have a young inquisitive son. The lock is a 5 sided shaft lock, so you can't easily open it without the key provided and they provide 2 keys.
Lots of room in the freezer, it will easily hold a few months of food, OR half a cow OR 2 large pigs.

Nice, roomy freezer. We have only owned it for about 10 days, so far, so good.
Within 24 hours of installation, we loaded it with a 1/4 side of beef. I think we should have waited maybe 48 hours because it took 2 days for the red light to go off. Temperature inside was 4 degrees above zero and the temp dial was all the way up. After two days the light went off and temp was registering 5 degrees below zero. Now I have the dial at 3 and inside temp is registering just below zero. Very happy with my purchase.

This is our first chest freezer. We are using it in the garage and it stays very, very cold. It has plenty of space and came with 2 baskets that sit up top for organization. The only reason it has four stars instead of five is that we have only had it set up for about a month or so. We hope it lasts years, so this is too soon to tell if it will actually accomplish the goal we have for it.

I love my new freezer! It is quite spacious but is not too deep so I can still reach the bottom. The only comment I have is that it took longer than the instructions stated for the freezer to initially cool down. I have not had any issues with temperature.

Once we got it, the directions are almost too simple. We plugged it in and put some already frozen bottles of water in it. And then we waited for the over temperature light to go out. 24hrs later, with a thermometer in it and it was 28F. Still over temperature light is on. Reread the directions on how long it takes to be at the right temperature. There is nothing about it. 48 hours later, 17F in it, and over temperature light is still on. Called for help, No one could come out to help for a few days. 72 hours later still over temperature light is on. At 80+ hours later it finally goes out. It should tell you that it will take a few days to get to cold enough for the sensor to go. I would not have worried and called for help, if it just stated that. It has worked great ever since, no issues. Wish it had rails in it for different layers of baskets. I would pay $100 more for it if it had rails. I do not understand why the deep freezer company just put them in.

We needes to upgrade and this is perfect to hold a lot. The way the lid stays in place is great and the light is a great feature. The reason for not giving 5 is wish it came with a divider of some kind to seperate items. Other than that great big freezer
