Will not fit my refrigerator

You sent me the wrong filter i.e. 5231JA2006F and so it will not fit my refrigerator that requires to 5231JA2006A as stated in the owners manual. Why did you send me the incorrect filter for my model LFX25975ST/00?

I had to purchase an off brand when I couldnt find the LG version and it stopped up my ice maker. I have never had that issue with the LG brand. It works for a full 6 months Very pleased with it

I had issues finding the product I needed at any local retail outlets that carry many brands and not a single one had what I needed. I was able to find it online on the LG website. I ordered 2 for this very reason. I got a confirmation that my order had been received which included a confirmation number and date which I was to get them. The delivery date that was provided came and went so I had to call and find out what was the reason for the delay was. The representative was very nice and helpful but couldnt give me a reason why they didnt get here on schedule. Overall it went well I would have been a lot happier if they had contacted me just to let me know that it wasnt going to be here on schedule..
