Which Type Of Delivery, Pick Up Or Install Will You Need?

Manny's TV & Appliances has always offered convenient pick up at any store location or white glove delivery of your home appliances if you live within 30 miles of any of our store locations. If not, UPS will bring your purchase to your front door with the ease of online shopping. You never have to leave the house! Shop for your dream kitchen, television or home entertainment center from your desk... and let Manny's bring it to your door.

Whether you choose pick up, delivery or installation will depend on how much help you need with connection and/or installation of your new appliance. Call Manny's TV & Appliance at 1-413-543-2467-or visit your local Manny's TV & Appliances store for appliance and installation questions.

Selivery out of our area: This service is perfect for those who would like to have their new appliance dropped off. UPS is the primary carrier used and a tracking number is emailed to you within 48-36 hours to confirm and track shipping.

Delivery in our area (White Glove):

This service includes the removal and environmental recycling of the appliance being replaced (local community surcharges may apply for disposal). Please disconnect and drain your old appliance prior to the delivery or install team's arrival.

We will:

  • Connect your freestanding appliance to existing services (excludes gas appliances).
  • Test product operation if it is at room temperature.
  • Level it, if required by the manufacturer.
  • Free Environmental disposal of your old appliance.
  • Manny's can call ahead prior to delivery, so you're never surprised.
  • Manny's can call you the night before with a convenient 4 hour time window.

Installation in our area: This is the perfect solution for those that don't have the time or tools to install their new built-in appliance. Examples include dishwashers, cook tops and wall ovens. We will disconnect your old appliance and install your new one according to local codes and regulations. We do not include the parts or labor required to modify existing services, flooring, cabinetry, or your new appliance.

Whether you use our delivery or installation services, remember to:

  • Make sure an adult 18 years of age or older is present when Manny's TV & Appliances arrives.
  • Clear a path inside and outside the house and remove fragile items.

If you select one or more of our appliances that typically require professional installation, such as Cook tops, Wall Ovens, Over-the-Range Microwaves, Dishwashers, Window, Air Conditioners or Refrigerators, you may purchase installation service at time of checkout. The install team will call in 24 hours to schedule a professional installation from Manny's TV & Appliances.

Do I Need to Supply Parts?

  • You may need to supply some items for appliance hookup, such as electrical cords, hoses and gas flex lines.
  • Existing power cords cannot be reused.
  • Existing hoses cannot be reused.
  • Existing gas flex lines cannot be reused.

Other additional parts, such as gas flex lines and Dishwasher Installation Kits may also be required if you intend to purchase Installation through Manny's TV & Appliances. Basic parts, such as plumbing fittings, sealants, and fasteners, will be provided with your installation purchase. See Installation for additional details.

What Will Happen to My Old Appliance?

Manny's TV & Appliances will environmentally recycle your old appliance! Manny's TV & Appliances will environmentally reclaim & recycle all Freon so no CFS will escape into the atmosphere. Manny's will also separate & environmentally recycle your packing material.
